Introduction
Intelligent Hero as a project is the first of its kind. We are creating an
intelligent community of elites, professionals, and lovers of knowledge who
are willing to not just prove their competence to the community alone but
are also willing so share acquired proficiency in their fields and areas of
interest.
Intelligent Hero will be the first community that can stand to authenticate
the competence of our community members. In order for a user to be
verified on our platform, he has to go through a series of tests that would be
taken on the platform. These tests are made available to the users through
our team of existing professionals and Heroes. After a user has gone through
these tests, S/he will be verified.
Our platform will be the first where you can search for jobs or people who
are competent enough to handle your project with ease.
This is because our
search engines are designed to filter out users based on their skills acquired
and as well degrees obtained (pending verification by the Intelligent Hero
platform). This is because for anyone to appear on our search results, such
a person must have been scrutinized by the platform with a series of tests
and examinations to ensure that the said individual truly is competent
enough to handle projects within that specified niche.

What is Intelligent Hero?
Intelligent Hero is a platform that combines the technicalities of blockchain
technology with the simplicity of an educative community of professionals
with descriptions that cuts across various fields, and industries. We offer
users the opportunity to connect with like-minds and individuals from other
fields of life and gives them the opportunity to relate and share ideas with
one another. The intelligent Hero platform enables interactions between
members of the community to enable them to share ideas and knowledge
which cuts across various fields with each other. Members of the community
have access to all the features of the platform while making use of the HERO
token to pay for certain things within the confines of the platform.
How does Intelligent Hero Work?
Intelligent hero firstly functions as a community that pulls resourceful people from all over the world together to share ideas and knowledge. It is owned
and controlled by a group of elites and professionals who are masters in
their fields. These persons have come together and set up digital tests that
are used to scrutinize incoming members into the community. Especially
when these members lay claim to having perfect knowledge on a particular
skill. After the tests are administered, the results are stored using the
blockchain technology and only the user has access to the results of the
test, and the ability to share these results to specific persons if he wants. All
the platform does, is based on the results gotten from the user, makes an
automatic decision either to verify the user or to null his/her application.
The
platform uses an ERC-20 (HERO) token to run activities that require
payment and users of the platform are required to own the HERO tokens as
payments for paid tests and transactional fees, and other minor fees that are
attached to making use of the system. These fees exist solely to ensure that
the platform can stand the test of time and to avoid frequent donation
requests as most platforms that run all their activities free of charge.
Who can be a Member?
Membership on the Intelligent Hero platform is exclusive for everyone who
has a skill, or something meaningful to offer. For instance, someone who has
the practical skills to do a particular job, will oftentimes not get hired.
The
only platform for people to get hired solely based on trust is freelance
websites. Intelligent Hero fixes that gap created by the non-attainance of a
university degree in a certain field and gives the user a form of attestation
showing that he has been tested by the platform, and is now trusted. For the
better part of it, members can include but are not limited to; researchers,
students, videographers, cinematographers, teachers, animators, traders,
lawyers and legal personnel, marketers, doctors, and medical practitioners,
etc. the list is limitless. Only members who are able to pass tests presented,
can pop up in search results for work-related activities. Members who are
unable to pass their tests, won’t be kicked out of the platform but rather
given more opportunities to retake their tests and try to get verified
Stanford University graduates Jim Collins and Jerry Porras wondered what
makes certain companies long-lasting, and capable of enduring harsh
conditions that ordinarily should be able to throw them off balance. Also to
show how some businesses with competitors are still able to succeed
despite all odds. A group of 16 students led by two professors has made a
6-year research to find the answer. It culminated in a book called “Built to
Last” in 1994.

mechanisms that bring this principle to life and to eliminate misalignments
that distract from the core ideology and slow the movement towards the
